Can I return my order?

Yes, you can. If you are not satisfied with the items you have ordered, you have the option to return them within 30 days of receipt.

For the return to be accepted, the following conditions must be met:

  • The order contains all original parts and components, and the packaging arrives in the same condition as the product.
  • Normal handling of the product is evident; any damage caused by careless handling is excluded.
  • Products where hygiene is important have been thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.
  • The product has been found to be defective immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for shipping costs. A return will be processed within 7 business days and, if the conditions are met, will be officially acknowledged within this period. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged for reasons beyond our control.


How do I return my order?

If your order meets the above conditions, please follow these steps to initiate the return process:

Please ensure the email contains the following information:

  • Order number
  • Reason for the return request
  • Photo of the product in case of damage
  • Customer full name
  • Customer address

We will get in touch with you and provide the return address. Never send the return to the original sender — we will send you the correct address after your request. You, as the customer, are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Cancellation Policy

The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provision, provided they are a natural person carrying out a legal transaction for purposes not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

A. Cancellation Clause

Order Cancellation (within 12 hours)

The customer may request cancellation of the order within a maximum of 12 hours from the time of purchase, provided the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.

To request a cancellation, the customer must send an email to info@patrick-dublin.com, stating:

  • Order number
  • Full name
  • Reason for cancellation (optional)

If the cancellation is requested within this timeframe and the order has not yet been dispatched, a full refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Once this 12-hour period has elapsed, or if the order has already been processed or dispatched, cancellation will not be possible and the standard returns policy will apply.


A1. Cancellation Conditions

Right of Cancellation

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier) received or accepted the last goods.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are executed as soon as they are placed. Therefore, we are unable to interrupt the shipping process until delivery, meaning a refund upon receipt of goods is not possible.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Patrick Dublin) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. The withdrawal is complete once we have received the goods. The cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.


Note regarding goods in transit

As our goods are shipped from Asia, there may be longer transit times beyond our control. If the goods are already on their way, cancellation is not possible. Please wait to receive the goods and then return them to us.

You are welcome to notify us in advance of your cancellation. To ensure the fastest possible refund, we ask that you send us a shipping confirmation.


Consequences of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we must refund all payments received from you, with the exception of shipping costs (and any additional costs resulting from having chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive notification of your withdrawal and receipt of the goods.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; under no circumstances will you be charged for this refund.

ALL RETURNS MUST BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
